Alla Cohen

I usually photograph Alla's concerts here in Boston. When she asked me to have some portraits of her I just had one name in mind, Arnold Newman, one of my favorite portraits photographer. I remember the first time I saw the photo from 1946 of Igor Stravinsky, I was amazed by the balance of the photo with the small person on the left corner of the frame and the big piano on the center and right of the frame. 
When Alla asked  for a portrait I just new that I'm going to make a tribute to Arnold Newman
